Cellar and "litter closet." Yes, our kittehs require their priv-acy.
This was another surprise. We thought the litter closet would be a full sized door (and that the closet would slant since this is the underside of the stairs leading up to the kitchen), but our contractor built mini-doors. They're still big enough for an adult to duck under, which is good, since our sump pump is also hidden back there under the stairs leading down to the basement.
