We put in a paver patio when it was 97 degrees on the 4th of July:
Master bedroom: we ripped out all the carpet, restored the wood floors, and removed all the paint from the trim. And then swapped out some of the furniture.
We have a thing for stripping paint. Front porch:
Replaced the shower/tub and added tile:
Cabinets stained with new hardware:
